1. Returns
- You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Certain items such as personalised, custom-made, or clearance items are non-returnable.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or an error was made on our side.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different design, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4. Shipping of Returns
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping.
