🔄 Refund and Returns Policy
At Pocket Wonder, we want you to love your purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how we handle damaged items, incorrect orders, fragile products, replacements and refunds. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help and will do our best to resolve it quickly.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item cases, Pocket Wonder will advise the customer on the most suitable replacement, refund, or return process. Where a physical return is required and approved in advance, the return shipping cost will be covered by Pocket Wonder.
Return shipping costs are only covered for approved product issue cases. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
🧲 Fragile Products
Many Pocket Wonder products, including our handmade fridge magnets, are delicate items.
We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely during shipping.
However, we cannot accept returns or replacements for damage caused after delivery due to misuse, dropping, or accidental breakage.
🔄 Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns for change of mind.
Please review product descriptions and product photos carefully before placing your order.
💳 Refunds
Refunds or replacements may be offered in the following situations:
• The item arrives damaged during shipping
• The wrong item was sent
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
⏱ Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours so that we can assist you promptly.
